Should I choose LED neon flex or traditional glass neon?
Choose LED neon flex for rollouts, outdoor exposure, lower energy draw, and installs by local electricians without a neon specialist. Choose glass neon when the brief specifically needs classic gas bloom for a flagship bar or heritage wordmark — and budget for fragility, transformer clearances, and spare-tube strategy. We advise either when you send site photos and market constraints.
What is the minimum order for custom neon signs?
There is no unit minimum — we quote single bar features as readily as multi-site window scripts. Price efficiency comes from shared jigs and colour batches, so a one-off hero piece is quoted on its own merits and a rollout is quoted with program pricing.
How long does production take?
Typical production is 12 to 22 days after artwork and technology are signed off, plus transit. Complex layered features, custom glass fills, and outdoor-rated jacket runs can add a few days; we give you a firm band with the quote.
Are your neon signs UL listed or CE compliant?
We supply UL-listed or CE-marked drivers, transformers, and LED components selected for the destination market, and we state clearly which listing applies to components versus the finished assembly. Tell us landlord or AHJ constraints at enquiry stage so the power path is engineered in rather than argued about at inspection.
Do you provide shop drawings and wiring diagrams?
Yes. Every order includes dimensioned shop drawings with backing sections, mount method, and electrical intent for approval, then ships with mounting templates or hole patterns, labelled hardware, and a wiring diagram keyed to the drawing set.
Can neon work with our dimming or scene controls?
Usually yes — we wire LED flex and many glass programs for dimmer, timer, or scene-control compatibility when you share the control protocol early. Brightness caps and curfew rules are easier to meet as a designed circuit than as a retrofit after opening night.
How do you ship glass neon without breakage?
Glass tubes ship in dedicated foam trays inside rigid export crates, oriented and separated from metal edges. LED neon flex ships coiled or tray-mounted with far lower shatter risk. Manifests are labelled per crate, and we photograph packing states on request for compliance portals.
