Do you engineer foundations, or only the sign structure?
We fabricate the pylon structure and coordinate base plates, anchors, and reactions with your civil or structural engineer. Foundation design typically stays with the project engineer of record; we supply the interface data they need before pour.
What information do you need for an accurate quote?
Survey or site photos, desired height and face size, wind or code assumptions if known, face materials, illumination intent, destination country, and whether the unit ships knockdown or one-piece. Geotech hints and existing civil drawings accelerate foundation coordination.
How long does production take?
Typical production is 20 to 35 days after shop drawings and finishes are signed off, plus transit. Tall structures, custom cladding, and multi-tenant stacks can add time; we give a firm band with the quote.
Can tenant panels be changed without a full crane mobilization?
For stack systems we document change-out hardware, panel retention, and lifting assumptions so facilities can refresh individual faces. Confirm access equipment on site early — some tall faces still need a lift even when the structure stays.
How do you handle electrical rough-in?
Drawings show conduit stub assumptions, junction placement, disconnect intent, and driver access. Name the destination electrical path (and any landlord criteria) in the brief so modules and drivers match what inspectors will check.
How do you ship tall pylons internationally?
Most tall units ship knockdown in labeled sections with mating marks, hardware kits, and packing photos. One-piece export is available when height and route allow. Crating is sized to your receiver and crane plan.
Can you work as an OEM supplier for our sign company?
