Optics that look endless — not glitchy

Infinity mirrors fail when glass spacing, half-mirror transmission, and LED pitch fight each other. Too much spacing and the rings look sparse; too little and you get moiré, hotspots, and a cheap carnival effect. We prototype coatings, cavity depth, and beam angle on a bench panel before full-scale metal is cut.

Front glass is typically a partial-mirror acrylic or glass laminate; the rear is a full mirror. LED rings sit in a controlled reveal so each reflection stays sharp. Sample panels are powered and photographed at the intended viewing distance so marketing and the architect agree before a lobby-scale run ships.

Frames and reveals that protect the illusion edge

The tunnel dies the moment a fastener, cable, or dusty gap appears at the perimeter. Frames are extruded or fabricated aluminum with powder coat or anodised finishes, detailed so millwork, stone, or upholstered portals absorb the cabinet without trapping a bright edge.

Leveling planes and concealed fasteners are designed for installers who will never see the piece again after handover. We note substrate assumptions — stud wall, concrete, or millwork niche — so the GC is not inventing structure on the lift.

Drivers, dimming, and thermal paths for continuous run

Lobby and spa features often run twelve to eighteen hours a day. Remote Class 2 drivers, PWM-safe LED layouts, and documented thermal paths keep colour stable and avoid early module failure behind sealed glass. Control zones support scene presets, warm/cool shifts, or brand colour without flicker on camera.

UL-listed or CE-marked components are selected for the destination market. Drawings show junction-distance limits, disconnect locations, and service access that does not require dismantling the glass stack to swap a driver.

Glass layers, spacers, and LED rings are assembled in a fixed sequence under clean conditions — dust between mirrors becomes a permanent bright speck. Colour temperature and brightness are matched across zones; logo cut-outs are registered so the brand repeats on centre, not drifting left as depth increases.

Completed panels burn in for 24 to 48 hours. Marginal LEDs, coating defects, and spacer misalignment show up in our building — where fixing them costs a morning instead of a site visit after millwork is closed.

How deep does an infinity mirror need to be?

Most wall features work in a 40–120 mm cavity once half-mirror transmission and LED brightness are matched. Deeper tunnels suit corridor and ceiling formats or strong logo repeats. We advise glass counts and depth against your viewing distance — not a one-size cavity.

What is the minimum order for custom infinity mirrors?

There is no unit minimum — we quote single lobby features as readily as multi-site brand tunnels. Price efficiency comes from shared frame tooling and LED batches, so a one-off reception panel is quoted on its own merits and a rollout is quoted with repeat pricing.

How long does production take?

Typical production is 20 to 30 days after optics, finish, and control intent are signed off, plus transit. Custom logos, RGB/DMX control, and oversized glass can add a few days; we give you a firm band with the quote.

How do you keep the tunnel from looking glitchy or cheap?

We prototype half-mirror coatings, cavity depth, and LED pitch on a bench panel, then power and photograph at the intended viewing distance. That kills moiré, hotspots, and uneven rings before full-scale fabrication — the most common failure mode of commodity infinity mirrors.

Can facilities service drivers without dismantling the glass?

Yes when we design service access up front — remote Class 2 drivers and labeled low-voltage runs live behind a removable backplate or adjacent millwork cavity. Tell us continuous-run hours and control needs at enquiry stage so the stack stays sealed.

Are your infinity mirrors UL listed or CE compliant?

We supply UL-listed or CE-marked drivers and LED components selected for the destination market, and we state clearly which listing applies to components versus the finished assembly. Landlord or AHJ constraints should be named early so the power path is engineered in.

How do you ship glass stacks internationally?

Panels ship in edge-protected export crates with glass and frames guarded, desiccant on long ocean routes, and hardware kits labelled separately. Manifests and packing photos are available for brand or retailer compliance portals.

Can you work as an OEM supplier for our design or sign company?
